A good business uses AI to move faster. A great one uses it to become something new.

AI-native · Go-to-market · Growth

I help businesses think AI-native.

I’m Gerald Vanderpuye. Businesses bring me in when AI has made their plan look suddenly small — good product, solid pipeline, and a sense that the ground is moving underneath both.

The point is not to add AI at the end. It is to connect what AI makes possible with what your customers need and how your business grows.

I’ve spent 15 years making that join. Computer science, then cloud at Rackspace — where I helped build the partnership with Google and took GCP and machine learning to market. Thirteen years running BuyerDeck, my own software company. Go-to-market taught to more than 1,000 companies — in incubators, accelerators and universities, inside scaling tech firms, and for venture funds who brought me in to teach their portfolio companies.

I still build every week.

Away from the main work, I run Impact Brixton — a virtual office and entrepreneurship community of 400 people — and a distillery in Brixton. I’m a hobbyist distiller too. We brought the area together to make the first Brixton Culture Capital rum.

You’re probably getting a fraction of what AI is worth.

If any of these sound familiar, you’re leaving the biggest value on the table:

The idea

An AI-native business is a tech business at heart. And a tech business needs its own native software — not software that tells you what to do, software that does the work while you approve.

That’s what lets a business become something new. Here are three of ours.

01 — An AI-native CRM

I replaced 12 tools with one CRM.

This is what we built when we decided a CRM should be AI-native.

A CRM for subscription and repeat-customer businesses isn’t HubSpot, and it isn’t Salesforce. Those tell you what to do. Loop does it for you — it watches the signals your business already produces, notices who needs attention today, and drafts the personal message you’d send if you had the time.

Fifteen years selling, and I’ve used every CRM in the business. Loop is the first one I know actually adds value — we built it from the ground up, with Claude and other AI models at its heart, alongside the four businesses that have run on it for the last four months. It replaced the 12 software tools I used to pay for.

Before
A CRM that tells you what to do.
After
A CRM that does it — you approve, one at a time.

If your business has repeat customers — members, subscribers, regulars — Loop starts from free.

Loop turns the signals a business already has into a living understanding of every customer.
AI’s real superpower isn’t writing. It’s doing.

02 — An AI-native rum brand

The newsletter became a distillery.

This is what we built when we decided to launch an AI-native rum brand.

Brixton Culture Capital started as a weekly email about Brixton. AI runs almost all of it now — the writing, the event listings, the sign-ups, the follow-up. What that freed up became a members’ bar and Brixton Alchemist: a working rum distillery you can book.

The rum is handmade. Nearly everything around it runs on AI.

Before
A weekly email about Brixton.
After
A distillery you can book tonight.

03 — An AI-native company admin

The paperwork got its own agent.

This is what we built when we decided company admin should be AI-native.

CompanyBoard is an agentic tool for anyone running a UK company. It doesn’t remind you about Companies House and HMRC — it watches them for you, so staying on top of the admin stops depending on your memory.

Before
Deadlines you remember to check.
After
An agent that watches them for you.

Intelligence has been democratized. This is the moment we’ll all remember — the question is what you did with it.

Think AI-Native

AI training for businesses that want to run on it — not just use it.

Practical, hands-on sessions for teams and founders who already use AI and can tell they’re scratching the surface. You’ll build something real before you leave. No hype, no jargon, no slideware.
